Im Still In Love With My Ex Girlfriend – How To Get Her Back

How often have you heard, “I’m still in love with my ex girlfriend.”   Pretty often I guess and the men saying this all want to know, “how to get her back.”  I always start by asking them what they have done so far that has not brought them success to date.

The replies they give me generally fall into two categories; those who beg their ex to return and those who try to bribe their ex back.

Persistently begging someone to return gives an impression of desperation.  No self respecting ex girlfriend will want to be seen with you if you give the impression of being needy; they will just try to ignore you.

If you go out and buy your ex expensive presents and take them to fancy restaurants all the time they will be happy to accompany you and have a good time and take the gifts, but it will likely stop at that.  You see, you can’t win back love by trying to bribe your ex.   Most girls will immediately see through your tactics.

In a relationship, what is often most important to a woman is that you listen to her, nothing more.    She wants to be heard; she does not want you to solve her problems or even to agree with her, but to listen to her.

Lots of men think that they are listening when they are only doing so in part.  The problem doesn’t really seem important to the so they try to get things over with by providing a solution.   Their woman doesn’t want this and does not feel they have asked for it and their man thinks that they are not listening to them when they have gone to the effort of solving their problem.

This is often where a lot of problems start in relationships as men and women communicate differently.  He thinks he has served his role as problem solver but she has not listened to him.   She wants him to listen to her needs, by doing this she feels he loves her and really cares for her.  The last thing she wants him to do is solve her problems.  She doesn’t want to be told that her problem is insignificant.

When you’re thinking ‘I’m still in love with my ex-girlfriend and want to get her back’, then you must start to learn to really listen to her intently.  Show her you care about her and her problems.   When you listen intently to her problems she feels you care for her wellbeing and that you really love her.

When you next talk to your ex look at her straight in the face and listen intently to what she is saying to you.  She may be a little surprised to see how you have changed but she will be so much happier that you care about her and are interested in her.  You will leave her asking herself why her feelings for you diminished.   You will likely see them start to return very quickly and she will understand that you want her back because you really love her.

Do You Know How to Deal with a Breakup?

Getting involved in a boy and girl relationship is one of the most wonderful truths in being alive. Sadly, not all relationships are built to last. Sometimes, despite the emotional investments and shared experiences the journey has to end and the individuals start living separate lives. Understandably, the loss can be difficult to handle, but once the mature ways on how to deal with a breakup is learned; the future can still be a bright sunshine amidst the anguish, bitterness, and frustrations experienced from the recent separation.

The first thing to do to get over with the pain is to acknowledge that it’s all over. The decision has been made already and as far as mature individuals are concerned there’s no point in bringing back issues that could have saved the relationship. Though it can put the toll on the parties involved; once the truth has been recognized it can put the issue to rest and provide a breather for both of the ex-couples.

How to deal with a breakup also demands hanging out with friends more often to get support and entertainment. Go with friends who are incurably optimistic and not those who are constantly on the side of the doomsayers. Past is past and there’s no use in seeing present circumstances from the traumas of the past. Experiences are meant to be learned and be applied as practical wisdom for future decisions. So don’t get miserable by being so regretful of the past.

And lastly, believe that there’s a way to get out of the unpleasant emotions, though there may not be a guarantee of achieving that immediately. This could be a reassurance enough to compel someone to start all over again, pull one’s self together, and feel confident again about dating.

Despite the pain and frustrations, how to deal with a breakup can be a wonderful journey too, for it reveals not only inner strength but also bring out the best in someone.
